GREAT TREATS AHEAD (G.T.A) POLICIES

Deposit

All deposits are non-refundable. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your order. Orders are not confirmed until deposit payment is received.

Made to Order

All orders are made to order. They cannot be remade or started for you for any reason. 

No Shows

If you do not arrive for your order on the agreed upon date and time, your order will be cancelled. All deposits are nonrefundable. 

Refunds

Since all orders are handmade and custom made to order, there are no refunds given at any time. 

Cancellations

You may cancel 48 hours before agreed date and time. All deposits are nonrefundable. 

Rescheduling

Since all orders are handmade and custom made to order, you may reschedule 48 hours before agreed date and time. All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requires a new deposit since the initial date booked was accommodated for said customer. Rescheduling does not guarantee a secure date, please contact us immediately via email cc: GreatTreatsAhead@gmail.com or message us on Instagram @GTA_Treats to see when the next open availability is. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. 

Allergen Notice

Our products are prepared in a facility that handles dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, nuts, and other allergens. If you have any known allergies, please submit them in our Contact Form.
